CIS Jewelry Problems Hopefully Temporary
“I too have been trying to contact CIS jewelers for a week now. They received my package of silver for repair on July 24, 2017. I have had no response to my repeated emails and the phone number was either disconnected or message box is full. I have been trying to find out what is going on. Today I contacted the ST. Mathews Police Department. They checked in on CIS and found out that the owner fell and broke his hip in early July. Hopefully he will recover quickly and contact us soon.” -

“When the repair on my antique silver centerpiece was complete, I paid repair costs in full. In over 2 weeks, I have left 12-15 voice message and sent 8 emails to find out where my centerpiece is. There has been no response. BEWARE!!!!!”
