Do not use this store for repairs
“Please do not use this store for jewelry repair. I made the mistake of going there to get the diamond reset in my (heirloom) engagement ring, and first they did a sloppy job of joining the existing ring to the new setting and I had to get them to redo it, and then clearly the ring setting they suggested was inappropriate for the stone - because today the stone fell out of the setting (less than a year after having it reset). Please don't put yourself through the heartache I am feeling right now!!” -
