“During this time of economic woes, one would think that a jewelry store would return your money, if you weren't happy with the merchandise. We were only given STORE CREDIT. Now they have their merchandise and my $1000.00 dollars. A bunch of Thieves!!!!! I only gave this place one star, because I had no option on here” -

Christensen Jewelers “I BOUGHT A RING FOR A CHRISTMAS/ ANNIVERSARY PRESENT AND IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SENT OUT TO BE SIZED AND THAY CALLED A DAY BEFORE THE PICKUP DATE AND SAID THE RING COULD NOT BE SIZED. HEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OR HOW TO RUN A GOOD BUSINESS. NO ONE BOTHERED TO APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVIENCE OR EVEN TRIED TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT BY OFFERING A DISCOUNT OR RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. I WAS VERY DISAPOINTED AND WILL NEVER BOTHER TO SEND ANY BUSINESS THEIR WAY.”
