  “This store has some nice things but I had an unsatisfactory experience there this past weekend. I bought a necklace and after shopping for another hour or so I decided to put the necklace on in my car. It was already broken. I went back into the store not much more than an hour after I purchased the necklace and could not receive a refund. She held to her policy and I had to get a gift card for the balance. Now I have $75 tied up there for the next time I find something. I will think twice before I purchase something there again.”
